摘要
配水间流量计需半年检定一次,但目前安装的LUSH型磁电旋涡流量计和GLZ型高压流量自控仪现场拆装困难,不能实现周期送检,给油田正常注水造成影响。研制的配水间流量计伸缩器及配套工具能调节管线长度,方便拆装流量计。室内试验和现场应用效果良好。
Once half-a-year calibration should be made for the flow meter in water room.The installed LUSH electromagnet eddy flow meter and GLZ high pressure auto flow meter were hard to disassemble,and effecting calibration in test bureau.The newly developed expansion joint and special tools feature length adjustability and easy disassemble.Indoor test and onsite application showed its good operation.
