摘要
由圆柱杆件组成的导管架是目前海上油气田使用最广泛的钢结构。导管架制造的尺寸精度至关重要,传统的尺寸检测方法是测量圆柱杆件的表皮的指定点,找到该指定点特别困难,另外,传统方法没有考虑圆柱的圆度,误差大,效率低。文中介绍一种高效率、高精度检测导管架尺寸的方法。利用最小二乘法计算圆柱圆心,综合考虑圆柱圆度误差,从而使精度得到有效保证。
Jacket,mainly consisting of column members,is widely used in offshore oil and gas field.The precision of Jacket construction is very important,and the traditional method of dimension control is surveying the point which is located in special position on column surface.It is difficult to find the point. Besides,the traditional method neglects the roundness of column,so the error is big,and time is wasted. A high efficiency,high precision method of surveying jacket is introduced,which calculates the center of column with least square method and takes the roundness in account,so that the precision can be guaranteed.
