摘要 高温高压超深油气井试油过程中工况变化频繁,作业期间井下管柱承受多种载荷的联合作用,管柱内外压力和温度变化较大,管柱承受复杂的载荷和服役环境,可能会导致的套管损坏、油管弯曲变形、封隔器窜漏等井下复杂情况时有发生,存在极大的安全风险。将井完整性风险类型初步分为:第一井屏障风险和第二井屏障风险。探讨了试油重点工况和高风险点的安全控制措施包括试油测试施工前、试油测试施工中作业程序及不同工况操作的工艺参数。现场实际应用的效果表明,该方法能够较好地指导试油井完整性风险的辨析,及时消减或消除潜在的安全隐患,确保试油期间井筒安全。 During the testing process of high-temperature,high-pressure,and ultra-deep oil and gas wells,the working conditions change frequently.During the operation,the downhole string bears the combined action of multiple loads,resulting in significant changes in internal and external pressure and temperature of the string.The string bears complex loads and service environments,which may lead to complex downhole situations such as casing damage,oil pipe bending deformation,and packer leakage,posing great safety risks.The types of well integrity risks are preliminarily divided into:first well barrier risk and second well barrier risk.Explored safety control measures for key operating conditions and high-risk points during oil testing,including operating procedures before and during oil testing construction,as well as process parameters for different operating conditions.The practical application results on site indicate that this method can effectively guide the identification of integrity risks in oil testing wells,timely reduce or eliminate potential safety hazards,and ensure wellbore safety during oil testing.
