试油完井一体化技术在“三超”气井中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 试油完井一体化工艺技术可以实现在试油测试作业结束后,直接从封隔器处起出管柱,将上部测试工具及油管起出,完成试油及测试资料的录取,同时封隔器及配套封堵工具留在井底,减少压井堵漏工序,直接实现对储层的封堵,保护油气层,后期也可进行完井回插投产。双探3井是四川油气田的一口重点预探井,井深达7 620.52 m,是目前川渝地区最深的一口井。井底温度164.3℃、预计地层压力超过110 MPa,属于典型的超深、超高压、高温的"三超"气井。试油完井一体化技术在该井获得了成功应用,大大缩短试油周期,有效降低试油成本。 The integrated testing-completion technology can pull out the upper testing tool and tubing string out of the packer after the testing to complete the well testing data acquisition,with packer and plugging tool at the well bottom. The well killing and plugging processes are thus exempted,the payzones get blocked and protected,the tubing can be run back into the hole to put the well into production. Well ST-3 is a key exploration well in Sichuan oil and gas field,MD 7620. 52 m,the deepest now in Sichuan-Chongqing area,with BHT at 164. 3℃,estimated formation over 110 MPa,being a typical 3-ultra( ultradeep ultra-HP ultra-HT) gas well. The integrated testing-completion was applied successfully in this well,the testing cycle greatly shortened and the testing cost reduced.
