摘要
试油测试一体化技术是将"射孔—地层测试—排液"三项工艺集于一套管柱上,实现了一套管柱完成多项试油作业。冀东油田引进了"射孔—地层测试—射流泵排液"、"射孔—地层测试—氮气气举排液"试油一体化技术,目前使用较为广泛的是采用MFE工具、STV工具及负压测试阀系列的一体化工艺技术,集深穿透射孔技术、地层测试、射流泵排液技术优势为一体,在准确获取各项地层参数的同时减少洗压井次数、防止地层二次污染。
The integrated technology of oil test and well test is that makes true of three processes of 'perforation,well test,flow 'as one test string to complete a number of oil testing operations.The integrated of ' perforation,well test and jet pump ','perforation,well test-and nitrogen gas lift flow ' are introduced in Jidong Oilfield.At present,the integration technology of MFE tools,STV tools and negative pressure testing valve series is widely used,combining with advantages of the deep perforation technology,well test,hydraulic jet pump technologies,obtaining the formation parameters meanwhile reducing the number of washing well,preventing the second formation pollution.
