摘要
高等职业技术师范院校(以下简称"职技高师")是培养职业教育教师的专属机构,为职业教育教师和高技能人才的培养发挥着重要作用。经实际调查和相关研究表明,我国职技高师存在专业被边缘化、"师范"性质趋于弱化、教师职业能力水平较低等问题,皆因发展定位不清、多种因素影响教师职业能力、课程和教学模式滞后所致。对此,应明确职技高师办学定位、引入国际先进课程理念、努力提高职业认同,探索新形势下适合我国职技高师发展的新路径。
Vocational and Technical Normal Universities (VTNUs) is the exclusive agency for TVET teacher training, they play an important role for the TVET teacher training and highly-skilled talents. Practical investigation and related research shows that the majors of VTNUs are marginalized, the nature of "teacher-training" is weakening, vocational capability level of teachers is low, which of them are because of the unclear developmental orientation of VTNUs, many factors affect the vocational capability, curriculum and teaching mode is lag behind. Accordingly, the VTNUs should well-defined their school-running model, draw lessons from international advanced curriculum concept, improve career self-identity, explore new path of VTNUs' development under the new situation.
