摘要
职教师资的培养必须建立科学的理论体系和完善的培养体系,才能保证职业教育事业的顺利发展。职教专业师资的培养必须区别于工程技术专业教育,建立独立的职教师资专业,使培养对象既掌握职业专业能力,又掌握相关技术领域中的职业教育能力,在专业技术教育中淡化"工程性",强化"职业性"。
Developing teaching staff of vocational education must establish the scientific theoretical system and the complete development system. The development of specialized teaching staff must differ from engineering and technical education and establish a independent speciality to make the learners master not only techniques but also concerned educational abilities.
