从职业技术师范院校变迁看我国职业教育教师的培养 被引量:8

摘要 职业技术师范类院校于1959年建立发展至今风风雨雨60年,见证了我国职业教育教师培养兴起、衰落、再发展的过程,为我国职业教育教师培养做出了巨大贡献。目前,全国仅存的8所职业技术师范院校正处在“转型”和“坚守”的十字路口。在《国家职业教育改革实施方案》指导下,梳理我国职业技术师范院校的发展历程,总结分析我国职业技术师范院校变迁原因,并从职业技术师范院校对自身“师范性”和“职业性”内涵的建设以及职业技术师范院校与高水平工科院校联合办学两个方面探讨我国职业教育教师的培养方式。 It has been 60 years since the first vocational and technical teachers'college established in 1959.For those years the vocational and technical teachers’colleges have witnessed the process of the rise,decline and revival of vocational teacher cultivation in China and have made great contributions to the training of vocational teacher educators in China.At present,the eight remaining vocational and technical colleges and universities in the country are at the crossroads of“transformation”and“holding”.This article reviews the developments of vocational and technical teachers'colleges in China according to the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”and analyzes the factors contributes to those changes.It also discusses ways of fostering vocational teachers in China in two aspects.The first is that vocational and technical teachers’colleges strengthen the"normality"and"occupation"features;the other is that vocational education teachers’colleges and high-level engineering colleges jointly cultivate the vocational teachers.
