摘要 以脱胶后的DHA藻油为原料,利用单因素实验和正交实验,以脱酸率和精炼率为指标考察碱炼温度、碱液质量分数、碱炼时间对DHA藻油脱酸效果的影响。结果表明:DHA藻油的最佳碱炼脱酸工艺条件为碱炼温度80℃、碱液质量分数10%、碱炼时间50 min,在此条件下脱酸率和精炼率分别为98.03%和93.78%,DHA藻油达到比较好的脱酸效果。 With the degummed DHA algal oil as raw material, the acid removal rate and refining yield as indicators, the effects of alkali refining temperature, mass fraction of alkali solution and alkali refining time on the deacidification of DHA algal oil were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions of alkali deacidification of DHA algal oil were obtained as follows:alkali refining temperature 80 ℃, mass fraction of alkali solution 10% and alkali refining time 50 min. Under these conditions, the acid removal rate and refining yield were 98.03% and 93.78% ,respectively. The deacidification effect of DHA algal oil was good.
