基于力补偿控制的音圈电机的力/位控制系统的研究

The Study of Force、Position Control System of Voice Coil Motor Based on Force Compensation Control

摘要 为了满足现代工业对音圈电机定位平台系统高速和高精度的要求,实现音圈电机对力、位控制高速和高精度的目的,基于直线音圈电机的数学模型,采用力补偿控制原理,设计了力补偿控制器,通过对电流环等的设计,实现了音圈电机负载力与控制电压信号的转化,从而精确快速地控制电机。实验和仿真结果表明,采用力补偿控制可以实现系统对力和位置控制指令的快速响应和跟踪。 In order to meeting the requirement of modern industry for voice coil motor positioning platform system's quickness and accuracy,realizing the purpose of voice coil motor controls force and position high speed and high precisely,based on the mathematical model of voice coil linear motors,adopt the principle of force compensation control,designed force compensation controller,through designing the current loop,etc,implement the voice coil motor load force and the control voltage signal conversion,and to accurately control motor quickly.Experiment and simulation results show that,using force compensation controller can realize quick response and follow up system for force and position control instructions.
