摘要
首先对中凸变活塞的裙部特征进行数学描述,包括横截面和轴截面.在此基础之上,进行了直线电机在中凸变活塞横截面数控车削中的动态响应分析,最后进行了以直线音圈电机为基础的中凸变活塞数控车床高频响进给单元的设计.经实验验证,该设计完全能满足中凸变活塞径向进给高频响的要求.
The article first describes the skirt trait of the middle-convex and varying piston, including cross-section and axis section. On this basis, this paper also analyses the dynamic response of linear motor in the middle-convex and varying piston's cross-section NC processing. In the end, based on voice-coil linear motor, the high frequency feed unit of the middle-convex and varying piston NC lathe is designed. After testing it, this unit can meet the middle-convex and varying piston radial feed high frequency demands.
