摘要
在长输油气管道的设计过程中,为满足管道安全、可靠、经济运行的目标,参与项目的各方会进行工艺危害分析(PHA),来确定设计方案在指定目标下达到最优化。由于分析人员的知识背景不同,部分工艺流程经常会面临过保护或者保护不足的现象,这会给设计方案带来了很大的争议。针对输气管道收球筒末端是否有必要设置小量程压力表,本文根据清管流程操作安全性与可靠性的要求,通过使用保护层分析(LOPA)的方法,以半定量的方式给出相对于定性分析(如HAZOP)更具说服力的设计依据,并最终得出结论。
In the design process of oil and gas pipelines, in order to meet the safe, reliable and economic operation destination, all parties will take part in the process hazard analysis (PHA), to determine the design scheme of optimizing under specified target. Because different analysis knowledge background, part of the protection of process is often faced the phenomenon of lack or double, it brings great dispute.For scenario that whether it is necessary to set up small range pressure gauge at the end of pig launcher. This paper use the method of protection layer analysis (LOPA) to conclude a more persuasive design basis than semi-quantitative method, (HAZOP eg.) and finally comes to the conclusion according to the safety and reliability requirement in pigging operation.
