摘要
保护层分析(LOPA,Layer of protection analysis)是一种半定量的风险评估方法。通常使用初始事件频率、后果严重程度和独立保护层(IPLs)失效频率的数量级大小来近似表征场景的风险。在定性危险分析的基础上,进一步对具体的风险进行相对量化(准确到数量级)的研究,包括对场景的准确表述及识别已有的独立保护层,从而判定该场景发生时系统所处的风险水平是否达到可容忍风险标准的要求,并根据需要增加适当的保护层,以将风险降低至可容忍风险标准所要求的水平。
Layer of protection analysis is a semi quantitative risk assessment method.The initial event frequency, the severity of consequences, and the Independent protection layer(IPLs) failure frequency are usually used to approximate the risk of the scenario.On the basis of qualitative risk analysis, make the quantified research on the specific risk(accurate to the order of magnitude), including the accurate representation of the scene and the identification of existing independent protection layer, in order to determine whether the system is at the scene of the risk level of the system to meet the requirements of the tolerable risk standards. And increase the appropriate protection layer to reduce the risk to the level required by the tolerable risk standards.
