摘要
通过将轨迹交叉理论与LOPA分析法2种方法相结合,建立了基于轨迹交叉论和LOPA的分析事故模型,对系统的安全状况进行分析评价.即应用轨迹交叉理论将系统分为人-物2条事件链,再运用LOPA分析事件IPL的PFD,判断其风险等级,以决定是否应该增加安全措施,从而提高系统的安全性.最后通过一个化工工艺流程危险性分析实例说明LOPA在事故分析模型中的作用.结果表明:LOPA与轨迹交叉理论从功能上达到互补的作用,能更为准确的找出风险较高的设备或行为,从而决定是否应该增加减少风险的安全措施.
This paper combines track cross theory with LOPA analysis to analyze the status quo of the security of the system evaluation, which is based on track LOPA theory and the analysis of the cross accident model. These theories are cross track application system which is divided into two things, the chain of events and the use of LOPA analysis events of the PFD in IPL. These methods can judge the risk level and make sure of increasing the safety measures so as to improve the security of the system. Finally, an example of chemical process hazard analysis is given to illustrate LOPA' s function played in the analysis of the model. Result indicates that LOPA and track cross theory can achieve the complementary purpose from the function. It can find out the high risk equipment or behavior more accurately, so as to decide whether it should increase the safety measures to reduce the risk.
