摘要
提出了一种以指标区间值和区间关联函数来确定评价结果的区间可拓评价方法。利用事故致因理论构建矿井火灾应急能力评价指标体系。以可拓集合理论为基础构建矿井火灾应急能力评价模型,并利用该模型对A矿井进行了矿井火灾应急能力评估。结果表明:A矿井火灾应急能力等级为Ⅲ级且具有由Ⅲ级偏向Ⅱ级的趋势。该方法可克服不确定性、模糊性、主观性过强的不足,可有效地提高评价结果的可信度,为矿井火灾应急能力的提升提供参考。
An interval extension evaluation method is proposed to determine the evaluation result by using the index interval value and the interval correlation function.The accidental cause theory was used to construct the mine fire emergency response capability evaluation index system.Based on the theory of extension set,a mine fire emergency response assessment model was constructed and the model was used to evaluate mine fire emergency capability of mine A.The results showed that the fire emergency capability of mine A is gradeⅢand has a tendency of gradeⅢto gradeⅡ,and this method can overcome the deficiencies of uncertainty,fuzziness and subjectivity.It can effectively improve the credibility of the evaluation results and provide reference for the improvement of mine fire emergency capabilities.
