摘要
近几年在煤矿特别重大事故中出现了一个新特点,即许多特别重大事故发生后,由于矿井应急救援能力薄弱,造成事故危害和灾害范围进一步扩大。利用模糊综合评价法对矿井火灾应急救援能力进行综合评价,从而确定矿井火灾应急救援能力,了解应急救援中存在的问题,使矿井发生火灾后能及时启动应急救援预案,尽可能保护员工的生命安全,以减少事故损失。
In recent years,a new feature appears in the extraordinarily serious mine accidents,i.e.the harmful scope of the accidents and disasters in the mines further expanded after the occurrence of many extraordinarily serious accidents due to the weak mine emergency rescue capability.In this paper,comprehensive evaluation on mine fire emergency rescue capability was conducted with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the mine fire emergency rescue capability was then determined and the problems present in the emergency rescue were found out.As a result,the emergency rescue plans can be timely started up after the occurrence of mine fire,thus the life and security of the employees can be protected and the accident losses can be reduced.
