摘要
针对煤矿应急救援缺少应急能力评价方法的情况和评价时的主观性问题,采用可拓理论对煤矿应急能力进行评价。应用可拓理论建立了煤矿事故应急能力评价模型,结合层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,给出了评价步骤。在此基础上,以安阳鑫龙煤业(集团)有限责任公司龙山矿为例,对其应急能力进行评价,确定了该矿的应急能力等级。
In view of the current insufficiency evaluation methods of emergency rescue capa- bility and the subjectivity problem of existing evaluation methods in the coal mine, the study ap- plied the extension theory to evaluate coal mine emergency response capacity and built coal mine accident emergency response capability assessment model. The weight coefficient of each index have been determined and given evaluation steps by applying analytic hierarchy process. This pa- per, using Anyang Xinlong Coal Industry Group company as an example based on this study re- suits, evaluated the emergency capacity and determined the emergency response capacity levels.
