摘要
目的:分析探讨天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床效果。方法:62例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各31例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上结合天麻钩藤汤加减方治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率为87.1%,明显高于对照组的67.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的甘油三酯和总胆固醇下降,高密度脂蛋白升高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤汤加减方法能够有效减轻肝阳上亢型高血压患者的症状,改善血脂,调解血压。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction in the treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Methods ： Selected 62 patients in our hospital to accept the treatment of liver ）rang hyperactivity in patients with hypertension, from February 2015 to 2016 years 2 months, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 31 cases, control group received conventional western medicine treatment, experimental group in the control group with Gastrodia and Uncaria Tonga reduction treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results：The total efficiency of the experimental group was 87.1%, significantly higher than the control group 67.7%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the experimental group systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the experimental group decreased triglyceride and total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein increased, compared with control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Tianma Gouteng Decoction method can effectively alleviate the symptoms of hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang, improve blood lipids, regulating blood pressure.
