摘要
[目的]观察天麻钩藤汤治疗原发性高血压病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组25例培哚普利,4mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组25例天麻钩藤汤(天麻、钩藤、杜仲各12g,石决明、栀子、黄芩、川牛膝各10g,益母草、桑寄生各15g,夜交藤30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压变化、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效10例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压变化对照组改善优于治疗组(P<0.05)。症状积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻钩藤汤治疗原发性高血压病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 25 cases of perindopril, 4mg/, 1 /d, oral. The treatment group of 25 cases of Tianma Gouteng Decoction(Tianma,Gouteng,Duzhong each 12g,Shijueming,Zhizi,Huangqin, Chuanniuxi each 10g,Yimucao,Sangjisheng each 15,Yejiaoteng 30g), 1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 300mL, 3 /d, oral. Continuous treatment with 42d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, symptom score, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results]The treatment group cured 1 cases, effective in 9 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 92%. The control group cured 1 cases, effective in 9 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 68%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). The changes of blood pressure control group was better than the treatment group(P< 0.05). Symptom score in treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05). [Conclusion] Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
