摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的疗效及其生活质量的影响。方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压病人172例,随机分为治疗组86例和对照组86例,治疗组采天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,对照组采用洛汀新治疗,两组均治疗4周,分别对两组的血压和生活质量进行测评。结果:治疗后,两组血压均明显下降,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组生活质量评分明显较对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者不但具有良好的降压效果,还能够明显提高高血压患者的生活质量。
Objective：To observe the Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction on liver yang hypertensive patients the efficacy and quality of life impact. Methods：172 cases of liver yang hypertensive patients,86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 86 cases,the treatment group to adopt Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction treatment,control group Lotensin treatment,both groups were treated 4 weeks,respectively,the two groups of blood pressure and quality of life for evaluation. Results：After treatment,both groups were significantly decreased blood pressure between the two groups no statistically significant difference （P0.05）,while the treatment group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group （P0.001）.Conclusion：Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction on liver yang hypertensive patients with blood pressure lowering effect is not only good,but also can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension.
