摘要
目的观察非洛地平缓释片联合天麻钩藤颗粒治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法将128例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各64例。对照组采用天麻钩藤颗粒5 g,开水冲服,每日3次;观察组在对照组基础上加非洛地平缓释片5 mg,口服,每日1次。两组患者均持续治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后第3个月坐位血压的变化,并于治疗3个月后评价疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者血压较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),观察组降压幅度比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的92.19%(P<0.01)。观察组日常生活各项指标治疗后与治疗前比较有明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较也具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论非洛地平缓释片联合天麻钩藤颗粒治疗高血压的疗效明显优于单用天麻钩藤颗粒,可更有效地起到降压效果,使患者的生活质量得到进一步提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Felodipine Sustained Release Tablet combined with Tianmagouteng Granules in treating hypertension. Methods 128 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in each group. The control group adopted oral Tianmagouteng Granules 5 g by boiled water,3 times a day,for continuous 3 months;on this basis,the observation group was added with oral Felodipine Sustained Release Tablet 5 mg,once daily,for continuous 3 months. The change of blood pressure in sitting position before treatment and at 3 months after treatment was observed in the two groups. The cura-tive effects and the adverse reactions were evaluated. Results The blood pressure after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）,the decrease amplitude in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 88%,which was significantly higher than 92. 19% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）,the various indexes of the daily life after treatment in the observation group were significantly improved com-pared with before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）,which also had statistical difference compared with the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Felodipine Sustained Release Tablet combined with Tianmagouteng Granules has better clinical effect in treating hypertension than using Tianmagouteng Granules alone,its antihypertensive effect is more significant,the patient＆#39;s quality of life is further improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
