摘要
目的观察天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法80例入选的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,治疗组应用天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗,对照组单纯应用卡托普利治疗。4w后观察治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较SBP、DBP、血脂水平、ALDO明显降低,血清NO明显升高。不良反应治疗组明显好于对照组。结论天麻钩藤饮联合卡托普利治疗高血压病疗效满意,并可降低不良反应的发生。
Objective To observe the Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction combined with captopril in the treatment of primary hypertension clinical efficacy. Methods 80 cases selected were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 40 patients in treatment group, Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction combined with captopril treatment, captopril treatment alone control group. Observed after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The treatment group compared with the control group, SBP, DBP, lipid levels, ALDO significantly lower serum NO increased significantly. Adverse reactions treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin combined effect of captopril in the treatment of hypertension satisfaction, and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions
