卵圆孔未闭合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征致青年缺血性卒中一例 被引量：2

摘要 1病例介绍 患者男性，37岁，因“头晕伴左侧偏身麻木11 h”于2014年9月28日入院。入院前11 h，患者安静状态下突然出现头晕、左侧偏身麻木，无眩晕、恶心、呕吐，无偏侧肢体无力。发病30 min就诊于北京市海淀医院急诊神经内科，行头颅计算机断层扫描（computed tomography，CT）检查示未见明显异常，拒绝溶栓治疗，予以抗血小板聚集、调脂稳定斑块治疗、改善循环后，以“缺血性卒中”收入院。
