摘要
深化临床医学人才培养改革需大力加强医学生医德教育。应用"服务-学习"理念,创新教学方式,探索出一套医德教育新模式。其中,反思作为"服务-学习"的一个举足轻重的环节,为学生提供了确定的、持续的时间对自身,对临床技能及医学道德观念进行检查、评价、控制、调节。它的实施增强了临床实践效果,提高了学生的思辨能力,实现了临床实践与理论课程的整合。
We need to enhance the medical ethics education of medical students in order to deepen clinical medical professional cultivation and explore a series of medical ethics education new models by applying service-learning idea and innovating the teaching method. Rethinking, as an important link, provides students with certain and sustained time to examine, evaluate, control and adjust themselves, clinical skills and medical ethics. Its implementation enhances the clinical practice effect, improves the student's' ability to think and analysis and realizes the integration of clinical practice and theoretical courses.
