摘要
目的以“农村长者健康调查-爱心助老”活动为路径,探索服务学习对医学生利他行为的影响,为医德教育改革提供依据。方法2023年1—2月招募云南经济管理学院医学院200名本科2~3年级农村户籍医学生(涵盖护理学、康复治疗学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术专业)做“农村长者健康调查-爱心助老”干预研究,以自编量表做干预前后效果评价。结果干预后利他行为量表总分(72.65±8.00)分高于干预前(68.32±8.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.139,P<0.05),其中利他精神维度干预后总分(31.26±3.51)分,高于干预前(29.89±4.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.485,P<0.05),自我效能维度干预后总分(20.56±4.02)分,高于干预前(19.15±4.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.507,P<0.05),感悟-反思维度干预后总分(20.82±2.81)分,高于干预前(19.28±3.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.935,P<0.05)。结论创设“农村长者健康调查-爱心助老”场景,搭建“服务学习”平台,使医学生与农村长者零距离的双向交流和同伴教育,不仅能显著提升医学生共情-利他精神,还提高调查研究、医患沟通、批判与反思等专业素养。
Objective To explore the influence of service learning on medical students'altruistic behavior by using the"Rural Elderly Health Survey-Caring for the Elderly"activity as a pathway to provide a basis for medical ethics education reform.Methods From January to February 2023,200 medical students from rural households(majoring in nursing,rehabilitation therapy,medical laboratory technology,and medical imaging technology)in the School of Medi-cine of Yunnan Institute of Economics and Management were recruited to participate in the"Rural Elderly Health Sur-vey-Caring for the Elderly"intervention research.A self-administered scale was used to evaluate the effect of the in-tervention before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the total score of the altruistic behavior scale was(72.65±8.00)points,which was higher than that of(68.32±8.83)points before the intervention,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(t=5.139,P<0.05).The post-intervention total score of(31.26±3.51)points for the altruism dimension was higher than the pre-intervention score of(29.89±4.37)points,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=3.485,P<0.05).The total score of the self-efficacy dimension was(20.56±4.02)points after the in-tervention,higher than that of(19.15±4.02)points before the intervention,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=3.507,P<0.05),and the total score of the perceptual reflection dimension was(20.82±2.81)points after the in-tervention,higher than that of(19.28±3.38)points before the intervention,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=4.935,P<0.05).Conclusion The creation of a"Rural Elderly Health Survey-Caring for the Elderly"scenario and the establishment of a"service-learning"platform for two-way communication and peer education between medi-cal students and rural elders not only significantly enhanced the empathy-altruism spirit of medical students,but also improved the professionalism of research,doctor-patient communication and The platform not only
