摘要
目的:针对医疗仪器在医疗行业使用过程中的可靠性与安全性的问题,提出利用医疗仪器的无故障工作时间的时间分布,计算仪器处在各个时间间隔内发生故障的几率,用以判断仪器在各个时间段的可靠性。方法:依据生产厂家对仪器无故障工作时间的测试结果,运用概率理论演绎出描述仪器故障概率的诸函数,并着重分析运用这些函数优化医疗仪器的配置、使用、维护保养及淘汰更新等管理过程。结果:该分析方法能够对医疗仪器的可靠性实现主动干预,从而降低仪器在使用过程中发生故障的频次和风险,减少仪器的停机时间,改善仪器使用的安全性,延长仪器的使用周期,提高仪器的经济效益和社会效益。结论:该分析方法对于确保医疗仪器安全、有效和经济的使用具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To determine the reliability of the medical devices by calculating the probabilities of the failures during all intervals based on the temporal distribution of mean time between failures(MTBF).Methods The MTBF test results of medical devices by the manufacturer was used to work out the fault possibility functions of every device by resorting to the probability theory.The ways were also explored for using these functions to optimize the managing process of medical devices,such as configuration,application,maintenance,exclusion as well as renewing.Results The optimized management mode realized active intervention to the reliability of the medical devices,which accordingly reduced the frequency and risk of failures when those devices were being utilized,and simultaneously cut down their downtime and promote their security.Conclusion The management mode is of great value for ensuring the safety,efficiency and economic performance of medical devices.
