摘要
目的:探讨预防性维护在医院医疗设备管理及质量控制中的应用。方法:将本院2017年部分正常运行的132台医疗设备(对照组)和2018年部分正常运行的145台医疗设备(观察组)作为研究对象,对照组施行传统设备维护措施,观察组施行预防性维护措施。对比两组医疗设备的开机率、合格率、有效利用率、平均故障次数、平均维修费用。结果:较对照组,观察组开机率、合格率均略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组故障次数、平均维修费用,观察组均较低,且观察组有效利用率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院医疗设备管理及质量控制采用预防性维护措施,可有效提高设备的有效利用率,延长设备生命周期,从而预防设备引起的医疗事故。
Objective:To explore the application of preventive maintenance in hospital medical equipment management and quality control.Methods:96 sets of normal operation medical equipment(control group)and 95 sets of normal operation medical equipment(observation group)in our hospital in 2017 were selected as the research objects.The control group was given traditional equipment maintenance measures,and the observation group was given preventive maintenance measures.The start-up rate,qualified rate,effective utilization rate,average failure times and average maintenance cost of the two groups of medical equipment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the start-up rate,qualified rate and effective utilization rate of the observation group were slightly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with the failure times and average maintenance cost of the two groups,the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive maintenance measures for the management and quality control of medical equipment in hospital can effectively improve the effective utilization rate of equipment,prolong the life cycle of equipment,and prevent medical accidents caused by equipment.
