摘要
大型医疗设备是我国医院高质量医疗水平的重要保证。但是大型医疗设备设计、生产复杂且易受运行环境、操作技术的影响而时常发生故障,给医院造成巨大经济损失,甚至危害患者安全。因此,提高大型医疗设备的可靠性、减少维修时长是医疗设备管理的重要目标。信息化技术的使用可以突破传统管理方法的限制,有助于实现这一目标。要使用信息化技术改善大型医疗设备运行情况,首先需要分析出哪些因素制约设备的可靠性与维修效率。本文提出一种基于故障树模型的方法框架,它可以全面梳理传统设备管理方法中存在的制约因素,进而找出相对应的信息技术来提高设备运行可利用率(operational availability)。本文以事后维修为例展示了这种方法框架的应用和功能。
The large medical equipment guarantees excellent medical service in China.However,it often suffers faults due to complicated design and manufacturing and the vulnerability to environment variation and poor human operation.This causes large amounts of economical loss and it also has a chance to harm patients.Thus,improving the reliability of large medical equipment and decreasing maintenance time are the important goal of medical equipment management.The application of information technology can overcome the limitation of traditional medical equipment management method,facilitating the goal achievement.The limitation factors of equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency need to be identified to improve the medical equipment operation state with information technology.A faulttree-model-based methodology framework is proposed in this paper.It can systematically identify the limitation factors existing in the traditional equipment management approach and find out corresponding information technology to increase the operational availability of large medical equipment.This work conducted a case study about reactive maintenance to demonstrate the application and functions of the proposed methodology framework.
