摘要
目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块中的应用价值。方法将我院乳腺小肿块患者60例实施超声引导下穿刺活检,并与超声诊断及术后病理进行对比,评估其临床应用价值。结果超声诊断的灵敏度85.71%,特异度80.00%,准确度82.05%。超声引导下穿刺活检的灵敏度96.43%,特异度98.00%,准确度97.47%。超声穿刺活检组的准确度及特异度明显高于超声诊断组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下穿刺活检能提高乳腺小肿块的诊断准确度,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound guided puncture biopsy in little breast masses.Methods In ourhospital,the 60 cases of patients with little breast masses were performed by ultrasound guided puncture biopsy. And the clinical application value of the method was compared with that of simple ultrasound and postoperative pathology. Results The sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis was 85. 71%,the specificity was 80%,and the accuracy was 82.05%. The sensitivity of ultrasound guided biopsy was 96.43%,the specificity was 98%,and the accuracy was 97.47%. The accuracy and specificity of the ultrasound puncture biopsy group was significantly higher than that of the ultrasound diagnosis group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The ultrasound guided puncture biopsy can improve the diagnostic accuracy of little breast masses and it is safety,and it is worthy of application.
