摘要
目的探讨高频超声引导下穿刺活检对早期乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月间陕西省渭南市中心医院收治的行手术治疗的54例乳腺微小病灶患者作为研究对象,共计检出69个微小病灶,给予患者行高频超声引导下16G穿刺针穿刺活检,并与术后病理结果比较,以病理结果为金标准,探讨高频超声下穿刺活检对乳腺微小病灶良、恶性诊断的准确性、敏感度和特异度。结果病理诊断结果显示,54例患者69个微小病灶中,良性病灶41个,恶性病灶28个,高频超声乳腺病灶穿刺活检结果显示,良性病灶为44个,恶性病灶为25个,高频超声乳腺病灶穿刺活检与术后病理结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高频超声乳腺微小病灶穿刺活检对乳腺癌的诊断敏感度为89.3%(25/28),特异度为100.0%(41/41),准确率为95.7%(66/69)。高频超声乳腺微小病灶穿刺活检对乳腺良性病变的诊断敏感度为93.2%(41/44),特异度为89.3%(25/28),准确度为95.7%(66/69)。结论对超声检查结果显示乳腺微小病灶的患者,给予高频超声引导下乳腺穿刺活检具有较高的准确度、敏感度和特异度,可用于早期乳腺癌的诊断,临床诊断价值高。
Objective To investigate the Sinificance of high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy for the early detection of small breast lesions.Methods Fifty-four patients with small breast lesions who underwent surgery at Weinan Central Hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.A total of 69 tiny lesions were detected and the patients were subjected to high-frequency ultrasound guided 16 G puncture.The results were compared with postoperative pathological results which were considered as the gold standard,to investigate the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity of high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Results Among the 69 minimal lesions in 54 patients,41 were benign lesions and 28 were malignant lesions.The biopsy results of high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy revealed that 44 were benign lesions and 25 were malignant lesions.There was no significant difference between high-frequency ultrasound breast biopsy and postoperative pathological results(P〉0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy for small breast lesions was 89.3%(25/28),the specificity was 100.00%(41/44),and the accuracy rate was 95.6%(66/69).The diagnostic sensitivity of high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy for benign breast lesions was 93.2%(41/44),specificity was 89.3%(25/28),and accuracy was 95.7%(66/69).Conclusion Ultrasound examination results showed that high-frequency ultrasound guided biopsy has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in patients with small breast lesions.They can be used for the early diagnosis of breast cancer with high clinical diagnostic value.
