摘要 对电力系统节能控制器进行设计,以降低电力系统的能耗。由于电力用户的增加与能耗成比例增加,使得不能确定电力系统中能耗参数,而传统的控制器设计方法,主要是以能耗参数为基础,对实时电力能源需求率动态变化进行计算的,导致设计的节能控制器存在控制效果差的问题。提出改进PID的电力系统节能控制器设计控制方法。先建立电力系统能源消耗模型,获取在电力系统运行效率最大时的正常能源消耗和非正常能源消耗,并结合专家知识和模糊理论组建专家系统PID控制推理规则,并计算出专家系统模糊PID控制器的传递函数,进行电力系统PID节能控制器的设计,精确的实现了电力系统节能控制。仿真结果表明,提出的改进PID的电力系统节能控制器设计方法具有较好的控制精度,且节能效果好,为节能优化设计提供了依据。 The energy-saving controller is designed to reduce the power consumption of the power system. A design and control method for energy saving controller of the power system based on improved PID is proposed. Firstly, the energy consumption model of the power system is established to obtain the normal energy consumption and abnormal energy consumption when the operating efficiency of the power system is maximum. Combined with expert knowledge and fuzzy theory, the PID control reasoning rule of expert system is established, and the transfer function of the fuzzy PID controller of expert system can be calculated, the PID controller is designed for energy saving of the power system, and the energy-saving control of the power system is exactly realized. The simulation results show that the proposed design method has good control precision and good energy saving effect.
