摘要
提出了一种基于压力自适应能力的凝结水节能控制技术,通过采取改进的凝结水泵(简称"凝泵")及除氧器水位控制策略,使凝泵出口压力和除氧器水位波动变小,由此可将凝泵出口压力设定点降低至操作约束条件附近,从而降低了凝泵运行时电流。某1000MW机组实际应用结果表明,提出的凝结水节能控制技术可以达到良好的节能控制效果,综合节能效率可提高10%~30%。
Based on pressure self-adaptive, a condensate energy saving control technology was proposed. By improving condensate pump and deaerator level control strategy, the fluctuation of condensate pump outlet pressure and deaerator level became small. By decreasing the outlet pressure set point of condensate pump around the constrained condition of operators, the current of condensate pump was also decreased. The application of a 1 000 MW unit shows that the strategy can achieve good energy saving results. The comprehensive energy saving efficiency can be increased 10%-30%.
