摘要
针对我国某些地区的复杂地质条件,采用基于模糊理论的采煤机自适应截割控制方法对采煤机作业过程中的状态信息进行反映,实现对采煤机截割路径的自动跟踪。基于模糊控制理论的采煤机自适应截割系统对采煤机滚筒在截割岩石时的异常状态能够进行自动识别并自动调节采煤机牵引速度和滚筒高度,以适应复杂地质开采的特殊要求。
Aiming at the complex geological conditions in some areas of our country, use the method of adaptive control cutting of coal winning machine based on the theory of fuzzy to reflect the state information in the process of coal winning machine operation, realize automatic tracking of coal winning machine cutting path. The adaptive cutting system of shearer based on fuzzy abnormal state when the shearer cut rock automatically, and adjust the hauling theory can identify the speed of shearer and the height of the drum to adapt to the special requirements of complex geological mining.
