摘要
对火力发电厂使用的几种飞灰取样装置的取样原理和使用性能进行分析,其存在的主要问题有:取样的代表性差、烟气中水蒸气结露。提出两种新型飞灰取样装置,有效避免了原有飞灰取样装置的不足。取样可靠性问题解决后,可以采用灼烧法和微波法实现飞灰含碳量的在线测量。
The principle and performance of the fly ash sampling device that used in thermal power plants are analyzed. For those devices, main problems are low representation of sampling and dewing of vapor in the flue gas. Two new fly ash sampling devices that effectively avoid disadvantages of the original device are proposed. Combustion method and microwave method can be used to realize online measuring of carbon content of the fly ash after problems of sampling reliability is solved.
