摘要
飞灰含碳量作为燃煤锅炉运行的一项重要经济技术指标,直接反映锅炉的燃烧效率。实时监测飞灰含碳量,有助于实现锅炉燃烧优化,为此,介绍目前已有现场应用的飞灰含碳量在线测量技术,分析应用最广的基于微波法和灼烧法的飞灰含碳量在线测量技术需要进一步克服的问题。同时,介绍激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)技术在飞灰含碳量快速在线测量领域的应用基础研究和工业应用研发的现状和发展动态。在现有研究基础上,重点解决现场应用的可靠性问题,有望将被称之为光谱化学分析技术"未来之星"的LIBS技术发展为新一代极具竞争力的飞灰含碳量在线测量技术。
Carbon content in fly ash is an important economic technical index for operation of coal-fired boiler which can directly reflect combustion efficiency of the boiler.It is helpful to realize combustion optimization of the boiler by online measurement on carbon content in fly ash.Therefore,this paper introduces existing online measurement technology for carbon content in fly ash for field application at present and analyzes problems need to be further overcome in most widely used online measurement technology for carbon content in fly ash based on microwave method and ignition method.It also introduces application basis research of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)technology which is called future super star of spectrochemical analysis technology in fast and online measurement field about carbon content in fly ash as well as status quo and development trend of industrial application research.On the basis of present research,LIBS,which is called future super star of spectrochemical analysis technolog,is expected to be a new and competitive technology for online measurement of carbon content in fly ash when the reliability is sharply improved in field application.
