摘要 飞灰含碳量是影响锅炉热效率的一个重要参数,现场中测量仪器存在寿命短、漂移严重的问题。飞灰含碳量与多个信号存在相关性,采用机理分析与多元统计分析相结合的方法研究影响飞灰含碳量因素并进行回归建模,发现机组负荷、炉膛出口氧量两项因素对飞灰含碳量的影响超过50%,并由模型得到并分析了现场运行中存在的误区。实验验证,此模型能较好地预测飞灰含碳量的变化趋势。 With the developing demand for high efficiency of the utility boilers, more attention is paid to the unburned carbon content in the fly ash from the pulverized coal firing boiler, yet the measuring instruments exist some problems, such as short lifetime, dramatically drift, etc. The unburned carbon content in the fly ash has relativity with a number of signals. Method combining mechanism analysis and multivariate statistical analysis is adopted to research for the factors affecting the unburned carbon content in the fly ash, and a regression model is established. Result shows the two factors, load and furnace outlet oxygen, affect the carbon content in a proportion larger than 50 percent. Analyzing the misapplication exists in practice discovered by the model. After experimental verification, the model established can be used to predict the changes in carbon content of fly ash.
