摘要
在"以人为本"观念深入人心的时下,随着课程改革浪潮的推进,体验式体育教学成为了高校体育教育的诉求。研究认为体验式体育教学具有亲身体验、少说多做、交流共享、反思迁移的优势,但同时也面临着教育理念与教学实际相脱节、传统思想与教学需求相冲突、教师技能与学生需求不合拍、场地设施与教学要求不匹配等困境。高校体验式体育教学发展的出路为:以人为本,凸显人文关怀;转变理念,推进素质教育;培训师资,提高教学技能;加大投资,满足教学需求。
As the "human-oriented" idea is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people nowadays, along with the advancement of curriculum reform tide, experiential physical education teaching has become the university physi- cal education demands. This research holds the experiential teaching expounds the experience type and has the advantage in teaching experience, more practice, communication sharing, reflecting the characteristics of the mi- gration. On this basis, the analysis of the experiential physical education teaching development dilemma is : gap between education concept and teaching; traditional ideological conflicts with the teaching requirements; teachers ' skills and the student does not keep pace with demand; facilities don't match with the teaching requirements. Reflections: this paper pointed out the development experiential physical education teaching way is: human-ori- ented, highlighting teaching basis for humanistic care; change ideas, to promote quality education; teachers development, improve skills ; increasing investment and meet the demand of teaching. Research in order to provide theoretical experiential physical education teaching development, sports discipline construction as for colleges and universities.
