摘要
目的:探讨百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月—2016年5月赣州市人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,2组患者的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的血肌酐水平明显高于对照组,尿蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者血尿素氮的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病,效果确切,有助于改善患者的肾功能,对于预防肾病的恶化有积极意义。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. METHODS： 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted into Ganzhou People＇s Hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with irbesartan,while the observation group additionally received Bailing capsules based on the control group. The treatment effects of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; yet there was no significance between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The serum creatinine level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,while the urinary albumin excretion rate（ UAER）,24 h urinary protein were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in blood urea nitrogen（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The effects of Bailing capsules combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable,which can help to improve the renal function of the patients and have positive significance for the prevention of renal further malignant transformation.
