摘要
目的评价百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生存质量的影响。方法将75例COPD稳定期患者随机分为研究组37例与对照组38例,两组均接受常规治疗,研究组加用百令胶囊口服,分别于治疗前及治疗6周±2 d、12周±2 d时对每位受试者进行圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)调查。结果研究组在治疗6周±2 d时各项评分较本组治疗前及对照组同时段均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),在治疗12周±2 d时进一步改善(P<0.01);对照组在治疗12周±2 d时活动分、影响分及总分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗期间两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论百令胶囊对COPD稳定期患者生存质量有改善作用。
Objective To evaluate effect on quality of life of Bailing capsules in treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods A total of 75 patient with stable COPD were randomly divided into therapy group（n = 37） and control group（n = 38）.All patients were given conventional therapy,and patients in therapy group were added to Bailing capsules.St.George＇s respiration questionnaires（SGRQ） were investigated for all patients before treatment and at treatment 6 w ± 2 d and 12 w ± 2 d.Results Scores of SGRQ in therapy group were significantly improved at treatment 6 w ± 2 d than those before treatment and those of control group at the same time（P 0.05,P 0.01）,and the scores were further improved at 12 w ± 2 d（P 0.01）;the differences of activity,effect and total scores at 12 w ± 2 d in control group before and after therapy were statistically significant（P 0.05,P 0.01）.There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Bailing capsules can improve quality of life of patients with stable COPD.
