摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统疾病中的常见病和多发病,患病率和病死率均居高不下,其病程分期大体可分为稳定期和急性加重期。COPD稳定期治疗对患者至关重要,正如世界卫生组织COPD全球策略(GOLD)明确提出通过稳定期治疗从而达到预防COPD急性加重是其重要治疗原则。现代医学主要采用吸入性糖皮质激素联合长效β2-受体激动剂治疗,长期应用可发生耐药且药物自身不良反应会越发明显,中医药以其独特的辨证论治思想指导COPD稳定期治疗,取得了显著疗效且安全性较高。回顾近5年来中医药辨证论治COPD稳定期的文献。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a common and frequently occurring disease in the re- spiratory system disease, which has high morbidity rates and mortality rates. COPD is divided into stabilization period and acute exacerbation period. The treatment on stabilization period of COPD is essential for patients. As WHO COPD Global Strategy （GOLD） said, the important principle of treatment on COPD is to treatment on stabilization period of COPD so as to achieve the prevention of acute exacerbation of COPD. Inhaled glucocorticoids and ~2 - receptor agonists treatment is main treatment method of modern medicine on COPD. Long - term application of this method can led to side effect and drug resistance for patients. However under the guidance of Syndrome - differentiation dependent Treatment of Chinese Traditional medicine on COPD in stabilization period has high security and curative effect. We research the past five year articles about syndrome - differentiation dependent treatment of Chinese Traditional Medicine on COPD in stabilization pe- riod, now as follows.
