摘要
近年来转基因议题在中国的网络空间持续发酵,专家与公众对于转基因作物的风险存在巨大争议。本研究透过大数据方法搜集2012年至2015年在网络空间的相关文本,探讨转基因的社会风险如何透过公共讨论被建构,以及科学理性与社会理性的冲突与对话过程。结果显示:一、在互联网空间反对转基因的比例远远超过支持者;二、"反转派"的组成较"挺转派"更加多元,掌握更多的话语权;三、争论双方的论述框架相互错位,难以达成共识。更进一步分析发现,转基因争论背后存在价值排序、科学模式以及决策模式等前提的内在冲突,使得科学理性与社会理性难以形成对话、达成共识。
Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is the most controversial issue of new technology in recent years. Scientists and public constantly deba-ted but not reached a consensus on GMO' s risk. This article aims to examine the public debate on GMO issues and to evaluate the process of social riskconstruction between scientific rationality and social rationality. The research methods adopted are Big Data mining and discourse analysis, collecting thetexts on social media from 2012 to 2015. It shows that the GMO opponents were much higher than the supporters and dominate the debate. Moreover, theconversation of these two groups wash' t focused on the same discourse frame. Finally, this paper argues for the underlying causes of this conflict on val-ues, scientific models and policy - making mechanism:
