五种常用消毒剂对乳制品中阪崎肠杆菌杀灭效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察五种常用化学消毒剂杀灭乳制品中阪崎肠杆菌的效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对乳制品工业加工中常用的五种常用化学消毒剂杀灭乳制品中阪崎肠杆菌的效果进行实验室观察。结果在清洁条件下,分别用浓度为50 mg/L过氧乙酸、二氧化氯、双链季铵盐、聚维酮碘和次氯酸钠消毒液作用30 s,对悬液内阪崎肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。在菌悬液内含有机干扰物条件下,对上述五种消毒剂杀灭阪崎肠杆菌的效果有一定影响。结论五种常用消毒剂在较低浓度条件下对乳制品中阪崎肠杆菌具有快速杀灭效果,有机干扰物对杀菌效果有明显影响。 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of five disinfectants used in dairy industry against Enterobacter sakazakii. Methods The germicidal efficacy of five commonly used chemical disinfectants used in dairy industry was evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test. Results The average killing logarithm values of Enterobacter sakazakii exposed to disinfectants solution containing peracetic acid,chlorine dioxide,quaternary ammonium compound,povidone- iodine or sodium hypochlorite 50 mg / L for 30 s,were more than 5. 00 without organic matter. In the presence of organic matter,the efficacies of these five disinfectants in killing Enterobacter sakazakii were affected. Conclusion These five commonly used disinfectants in dairy industry have good germicidal efficacy against Enterobacter sakazakii. with low concentration,but the germicidal effect can be affected by the organic matter.
