摘要
对三种方法检测戊二醛溶液、二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果进行了比较。结果,用欧洲标准悬液定量杀菌试验.改良欧洲悬液定量杀菌试验和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验检测含戊二醛2%(g/ml)溶液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间分别为2.5、3.0、2.0h。用前两方法检测含有效氯4500mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液及用载体方法检测含有效氯1000mg/L该液杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间分别为30、20、10min、当染菌片的芽孢悬液中增含小牛血清50%(ml/ml)时,用载体方法检测含有效氯5000mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液杀灭该芽孢达消毒合格标准,作用时间近20min,与用欧洲标准悬液法检测者(30min)相近。表明三种方法检测受有机物影响较小的戊二醛杀菌效果相差较小,检测受有机物影响较大的二氯异氰尿酸钠杀菌效果相差较大。后者可能与方法中含有机物多少有关。
The results of examining the efficacy of glutaraldehyde solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution in killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores by 3 methods were compared. The results showed that when European standard quantitative suspension germicidal test, modified European quantitative suspension germicidal test and carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test were used to examine the efficacy of 2% glutaraldehyde (g/ ml) solution in killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores, the exposure time required to attain up to standard disinfection was 2.5, 3.0 and 2.0 h respectively. When the first two methods were used to examine the efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing available chlorine 4 500 mg/ L and carrier method was used to examine the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg / L in killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores, the exposure time required to attain up to stantord disinfection was 30, 20, 10 min respectively. When the spore suspension for contaminating the bacterial carrier contained 50% (ml/ ml) calf serum and carrier method was used to examine the efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing available chlorine 5 000 mg/ L in killing these spores, the exposure time required to attain up to standard disinfection was near 20 min which approximated the result (30 min) of examination using European standard suspension method, indicating that the difference between the three methods for examining the germicidal efficacy of glutaraldehyde which was influenced insignificantly by organic substance was insignificant, while the difference for examining the germicidal efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate which was influenced significantly by organic substance was significant, this may be related to the amount of organic substance present in the European standard suspension method.
