摘要
目的观察乙醇和异丙醇对龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对两种醇类消毒剂杀灭龟分枝杆菌进行了实验观察。结果用含体积分数45%乙醇和30%异丙醇作用0.5 m in,对悬液内龟分枝杆菌杀灭对数值均>4.00,达到消毒合格要求。把乙醇浓度增加到60%和异丙醇浓度增加到45%,作用0.5 m in对悬液内龟分枝杆菌可达到完全杀灭。结论乙醇和异丙醇对龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种具有快速杀灭作用。
Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of ethanol and isopropanol against Mycobacterium Chelonae subsp.abscessus.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe germicidal efficacy of two alcohol disinfectants against Mycobacterium Chelonae.Results The average killing logarithm value of Mycobacterium Chelonae in suspension exposed to the two disinfectants containing 45%（v/v） ethanol and 30%（v/v） isopropanol for 0.5 min was 4.00,which fulfilled the eligible requirement of disinfection.Mycobacterium Chelonae in suspension could be killed entirely within 0.5 min when the concentration of ethanol and isopropanol increase to 60%（v/v） and 45%（v/v）,respectively.Conclusion Ethanol and isopropanol have quick killing effect on Mycobacterium Chelonei subsp.abscessus.
