摘要
干燥综合征相关性间质性肺病概因患者体内津液代谢紊乱,脏腑功能衰退,无法很好地输布津液与水谷精微,导致外自皮肤内至脏腑无法得到很好的濡润滋养,外则皮肤干燥,关节失去其滑利而变得僵直;内则肺脏受燥邪侵袭,肺为娇脏,不耐燥邪最终萎弱不用,同时伴随着燥邪致病常见的口干、咽干以及眼干的症状。临床以滋阴养血、温阳降火以及滋养肝肾阴液为治法,应用麦冬、石斛、石膏、当归等滋阴养血之中药组方配伍治疗干燥综合征相关性间质性肺病。
The pathogenesis of Sjogren＇s Syndrome-related Interstitial Lung Disease is the following： Human body＇ fluid and other nutrition cannot be adequately transported to function well, which is led to by metabolic disorders due to organs function decline. Under these conditions, both human＇s inner organs and the outer skin become dried and joints become stiff without appropriate nourishment. When human＇s Lung organ, which is quite fragile and intolerant to any Evil,is injured by Dryness Evil, slowly and e- ventually it lost its ordinary functions. Hence some dryness symptoms or even diseases of human, such as dry mouth, dry throat and dry eyes, would take place. In TCM clinical practices, the methods of reinforcing Yin to nourishing Blood, tonifying Yang to dispel Fire as well as nourishing Liver and Kidney Yin is used respectively. In medicine prescriptions, herbs like Radix, Dendrobium, gyp- sum,Angelica are usually used to nourish Yin in treatment of Sjogren＇s Syndrome-related Interstitial Lung Disease.
