摘要
干燥综合征相关性间质性肺疾病属中医'燥痹''皮痹''肺痿'范畴。玄府为物,无器不有;肺络则是肺行使生理功能的重要单位。玄府为肺络之门户,肺络为玄府之濡养,干燥综合征相关性间质性肺疾病各期气郁、津乏、痰阻、血瘀、神丧的病机与'玄府-肺络'构效异常密切相关。临床辨证论治应重视宣散、固本、化浊,立足于三法的开玄通络治则为该病的治疗提供了新的思路。
Sj?gren syndrome related interstitial lung disease belongs to the category of Chinese medicine‘dryness bi’,‘scleroderma’and‘lung flaccidity’.Xuanfu is a ubiquitous device;lung collaterals is an important unit in the exercise of physiological functions of the lungs.Xuanfu is the gateway to the lung collaterals while the lung collaterals are the support of Xuanfu.The related interstitial pulmonary diseases of Sj?gren syndrome are affected by qi stagnation,impairment of fluid,phlegm blocking,blood stasis and loss of vitality.The pathogenesis and the‘Xuanfu-lung collaterals’are closely related to abnormal structural effects.Clinical differentiation treatment should pay attention to the dissemination,consolidation,and resolute turbidity.Opening Xuanfu-lung collaterals treatment based on these three methods provides a new idea for treating Sj?gren syndrome.
