摘要
从玄府学说探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)的中医病机证治,提出RA的病机根本是玄府闭塞,病变部位在筋膜之玄府络脉,病理机制为玄络绌急、瘀阻失养,而开通玄府是RA的基本治则,贯穿于病程之中,为进一步探讨中医药防治该病提供一定的理论依据和思路。
Discussion on the pathogenesis and treatment of RA by the theory of Xuan-fu. The pathogenesis of RA is essential to Xuanfu obstruction,The lesion site in the fascia of the Xuan-fu Luomai and the pathological mechanism is the mysterious contraction,blood stasis and loss of nutrition. And the opening of the Xuan-fu is the basic rule of RA,throughout the course of the disease. This paper provides some theoretical basis and ideas for the further study of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of this disease.
