摘要
随着现今环境气候、生活方式、体质等的改变,临床以"干燥"为特点的呼吸系统疾患,如咳嗽变异性哮喘、过敏性哮喘、间质性肺炎等的患病逐渐增多,中医学常将该类病症归属于"咳喘"等范畴。因其临床表现与燥邪致病的以干涩伤津、易于伤肺的症状特点相契合,故可考虑从燥论治。本文拟借《内经》理论试图对燥邪病因、特点及燥致咳喘证的机理加以浅述。
With the today＇s environment, lifestyle, health and climate change, respiratory system disease which has characteristic of dryness in clinical is gradually increasing, such as cough variant asthma, allergic asthma, interstitial pneumonia and so on. The respiratory disease belongs to the category of Cough and Asthma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since its Clinical Manifestations are in accordance with Pathogenic Characteristics caused by the dryness pathogen which consume body fluid and damage the lung. So it could be considered treatment from pathogenic dryness. This paper trys to discuss the dryness pathogen on its causes, characteristics and the mechanism of Cough and Asthma by the theory of emperor＇s internal classic.
