摘要
目的 探讨慢性精神分裂症患者接受氨磺必利联合氯氮平治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法 选取2014年8月-2015年3月我院收治的72例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用氨磺必利治疗,观察组采用氨磺必利联合氯氮平治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的临床治疗有效率为91.67%,对照组的有效率为72.22%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 慢性精神分裂症患者接受氨磺必利联合氯氮平治疗的临床效果突出,对患者生活质量改善明显,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the chronic schizophrenia patients with the clinical efficacy and safety of tolbutamide will benefit combined with clozapine treatment. Methods 72 patients with chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2015 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with amisulpride treatment, observation group was treated with amisulpride combined with clozapine, clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 91.67%, the effective rate of the control group was 72.22%, the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chronic schizophrenia patients received clinical effect and tolbutamide will combined with clozapine in the treatment of serious, the quality of life of patients improved significantly, high security.
