摘要
在中国约有900万精神分裂症患者,精神分裂症的阴性症状具有明显的特征,包括目标导向行为的减少以及言语和社会行为。阴性症状为精神分裂症核心症状之一,严重影响患者生活。治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的药物(包括精神病药或抗抑郁药、谷氨酸化合物及抗惊厥药等)对阴性症状有确切的疗效。精神分裂症对社会和经济具有重大的影响,患者经常遭受失业并且无家可归。探讨精神分裂症阴性症状的药物治疗进展,具有重要的意义与价值。
There are about 9 million schizophrenics in China. The negative symptoms of schizophrenia have obvious characteristics,including the reduction of goal-oriented behavior and speech and social behavior. Negative symptoms are one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia,which seriously affect the lives of the patients. Drugs for negative symptoms of schizophrenia( including psychotropic drugs or antidepressants,glutamic acid compounds and anticonvulsants) have definite curative effects on the negative symptoms. Schizophrenia has a significant impact on society and economy. Patients often suffer from unemployment and homelessness,therefore it is of great significance and value to explore the progress of drug treatment for negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
